President's Message:

Welcome to the January-February 2024 edition of the River City Star.  We ended 2023 with a good turn-out for the Germantown Holiday Parade and a great Christmas Party.  A special thanks to Suzanne and Andy Cunningham for hosting a lovely party and providing delicious food.  It was a good turnout of members and a chance to renew friendships and develop new ones.

Predictions are for severe weather this winter season and a return to some of the freezing temperatures we saw last year.  So be sure to keep up the service on your cars and remember that AutoZone and O'Reilly's will test your battery for free.

We’ve developed an exciting Events Calendar for the coming year, including dinners at some of your favorite restaurants plus some new ones.  In addition, there’s a couple driving trips planned that are close by in the hopes of encouraging member attendance.

Please drive safely during this cold winter season and we hope to see you at one of the upcoming events.

Please note:   Bill Sudekum is currently on medical leave and this paragraph is written by Mike McHann in his absence.
